We had a wonderful weekend. Tony put up a big tent for us to sleep in Friday night, built a campfire, roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for Anthony and made smores! We told spooky stories in the tent and even watch a little movie on the DVD player. We didn't plan ahead and look at the weather so when we woke up Saturday we were freezing.....it was 43 degrees! Anthony was toasty warm but Tony and I were cold! Such a great memory! Our first camp out (even if it was in the back yard)!!
Saturday was Tony's birthday! Happy Birthday #39!!! We enjoyed a day playing at the house then went and checked on the horses and rode 4-wheeler all afternoon. We ended the night with a quick dinner with friends.
Sunday we got up...ran straight out the back door to see what the Easter Bunny had left during the night! We then straighted the house up a little bit and started cooking for Easter Lunch. Time to get ready for church. Tony played with the timer on the camera so we could get a picture of all three of us! After church we had some friends over for a late lunch...followed by egg hunting and more playing outside. What a beautiful weekend! Happy Easter!
